Ken Clark's career in Broadcasting spans almost half a decade, and includes many senior positions. During his time at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, he successfully developed CBC affiliated television service in the face of significant political pressure. He founded Eastern Canada's first independent television broadcasting station - Maritime Independent Television (MITV) - now Global Maritimes. More recently, Ken has led the founding of Sky Pacific, the direct to home satellite service. In his current position at Media Niugini Limited he is the Chief Executive Officer.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Northwestern University, USA, graduating summa cum laude. She also holds a MBA in International Business from the University of the West Indies.

Lenny M. Shoulder began his media career in 1977 as continuity announcer and later on became a news presenter. He then moved to the news department as a News Cameraman. He was then transferred to the production department where he was involved in the production of television cormmercials.He was appointed as the assistant marketing and sales manager for one year and was then promoted to be the marketing and sales manager a position he holds to date. He serves as a board member for the Southern African Broadcasting Association (SABA).

David Waweru joined KBC in August 2006. He has an extensive wealth of experience in various fields but most of his career has been in the media industry spanning across East Africa (Nation Media Group – Tanzania, New Vision – Uganda). Currently he is an Executive member of Africa Union of Broadcasters (AUB), and a Director of Africa Broadcast Media Partnership on HIV and Aids (ABMP) (Kaiser Family Foundation). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration from The University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master's degree (MBA).

She is a part-time lecturer in Media Studies at the Polytechnic of Namibia, and has been in the industry for the past 20 years.
