Moneeza Hashmi 
President, CBA and General Manager, International Relations, HUM TV, PakistanMoneeza Hashmi has been associated with Electronic Media (TV) for the past 4 decades. She retired from Pakistan TV as Director of Programmes. She is also a Media Consultant and Gender Trainer.

Ken Clark 
Vice-President, CBA Ken Clark's career in Broadcasting spans almost half a decade, and includes many senior positions. During his time at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, he successfully developed CBC affiliated television service in the face of significant political pressure. He founded Eastern Canada's first independent television broadcasting station - Maritime Independent Television (MITV) - now Global Maritimes. More recently, Ken has led the founding of Sky Pacific, the direct to home satellite service. In his current position at Media Niugini Limited he is the Chief Executive Officer.

Phil Molefe 
Vice-President, CBA and Group CEO, SABCPhil Molefe has worked as a journalist for more than 25 years, working for several South African publications including SASPU National, Weekly Mail and The Star. Phil studied journalism at the University of Wales and is also a fellow of the Thompson Foundation in the UK. He has held several senior editorial positions within SABC, including Head of Television News and Head: SABC Africa.

Peter Horrocks 
Board Member, CBA and Director Global News, BBCPeter Horrocks is the Director of BBC's Global News division, responsible for leading the BBC's international news services across radio, television and new media. He is a member of the BBC's Direction Group and the BBC's Journalism Board. The division brings together BBC World Service, the BBC World News television channel, the BBC's international facing-online news services, BBC Monitoring, and BBC World Service Trust - the BBC's international development charity.

Gary Linnane 
Board Member, CBA and Head ABC Secretariat, Australian Broadcasting CorporationGary Linnane has occupied a number of senior corporate roles at the ABC since rejoining the organisation in 1995, including Director of Corporate Affairs and General Manager of Corporate Relations, and has been Chief of Staff to successive Managing Directors over that time. As Head of the ABC Secretariat since 2007, provides operational support to the ABC Board and liaison with the Managing Director's Office.

Kay Osborne 
Board Member, CBA and General Manager, TV JamaicaKay Osborne serves as General Manager Television Jamaica (TVJ) and Television Jamaica Sports Network (TVJSN). Since she joined the parent company, RJR Communications Group, in 2004 she has led TVJ's strategic initiatives to produce a portfolio of high quality, local (Jamaican), sports, music, entertainment,and current affairs programmes. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Northwestern University, USA, graduating summa cum laude. She also holds a MBA in International Business from the University of the West Indies.

Lenny Shoulder 
Board Member, CBA and Marketing Manager, Swaziland Television AuthorityLenny M. Shoulder began his media career in 1977 as continuity announcer and later on became a news presenter. He then moved to the news department as a News Cameraman. He was then transferred to the production department where he was involved in the production of television cormmercials.He was appointed as the assistant marketing and sales manager for one year and was then promoted to be the marketing and sales manager a position he holds to date. He serves as a board member for the Southern African Broadcasting Association (SABA).

K V L Narayan Rao 
Board Member, CBA and Executive Vice Chairperson, New Delhi TelevisionK V L Narayan joined NDTV in 1995 and was appointed Executive Director in 1998. Following this, he was made Group CEO in 2007. He has played an important role in the transition and growth of NDTV from a production house to a broadcaster. He has been responsible for the Human Resources, Administration and Operations of the company.

Umbi Karuaihe-Upi 
Board Member, CBA and General Manager, Namibian Broadcasting CorporationUmbi Karuaihe-Upi is the head of Division Marketing and Corporate Communication. She holds a Master of Science degree in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a BA degree in Broadcast Journalism from Wayne State University in Michigan. She is a part-time lecturer in Media Studies at the Polytechnic of Namibia, and has been in the industry for the past 20 years.

Thivyananden Nayedoo Sooben 
Board Member, CBA and Administrative Manager, Mauritius Broadcasting CorporationSooben Thivyananden Nayedoo is a holder of an MBA from Leeds University, UK, and a BA (Hons) in Administration. He has worked for Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation for the last 15 years, holding the different posts of Deputy Administrative Manager, Director of Marketing and Administrative Manager.
