More radio licences for Pakistan
Pakistan’s Daily Express reports that the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority [PEMRA] has announced the launch of the 8th phase for setting up FM radio stations in 37 big cities including Islamabad.
PEMRA's sources said that two licenses would be issued for each city. To provide entertainment to the masses, PEMRA in its 8th phase will issue 74 licenses through the bidding process.
